‘Mentally I’m in a really dark place’ — Goldman Sachs analysts’ horror pitch deck
Thirteen first year analysts at Goldman Sachs have released a pitch deck describing their working conditions at the bank, with 77% of them claiming to have been victims of workplace abuse.
The 11 slides make for grim reading. A page of quotes includes the sentence: “The sleep deprivation, the treatment by senior bankers, the mental and physical stress…I’ve been through foster care and this is arguably worse.”
